Robert Lancelotta, Jr.
Executive Director

A graduate of Loyola University with a degree in History, Robert has served the Foundation since 2009, raising charitable funds for the three Westminster Ingleside Communities. His experience in the not-for-profit world was honed as the Executive Director of the Basilica of the Assumption Historic Trust, Inc. Robert served the Trust from 1992 – 2005, providing leadership in construction management, public relations, and fundraising for the $32 million renovation/restoration of one of America's architectural masterpiece's B. H. Latrobe's Baltimore Cathedral. Early in his career, Robert served as the vice president of the Erdman Lumber Company, Inc., a mid-size lumber and building material wholesaler. Robert has also worked in neo-traditional real estate development and residential historic preservation projects.

Devon Seybert
Associate Director of Development

A graduate of University of Michigan (B.A. Theatre and English) and Carnegie Mellon University (Master of Arts Management), Devon Seybert joined the Foundation in June 2017. Prior to that, she worked for ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. During her tenure, she managed two fundraising field offices in Pittsburgh and DC, and worked on the Radio Development program team, the largest field fundraising program for the organization.

Justin Martucci
Fund Development Associate

A graduate of Ithaca College, Justin joined the Foundation in 2011. Before coming to DC, Justin performed a year of service with AmeriCorps in Burlington, Vermont at the Champlain Valley Agency on Aging. At CVAA Justin was responsible for volunteer recruitment and management, and creating programs within the community to promote engagement and healthy living for seniors throughout the region.
