Douglas C. Myers
President and CEO Westminster Ingleside Foundation

Doug Myers has 25 years of experience in development work supporting the missions of not-for-profit health care and educational organizations. He has experience in annual giving, major & planned gifts, special events, campaigns, and foundation operations. Doug has led the Asbury Foundation since July 2001 and enjoys working with each Asbury Affiliate. He successfully completed the Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) exam in 1998 and has given presentations at numerous professional educational conferences. In May 2012, Doug was an orientation presenter for new professionals at the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy Conference in Alexandria, VA. He has volunteered his service with the American Red Cross and the Carroll County Public School Foundation. Doug and his wife Ellen live in Mount Airy, Maryland and have two sons and two daughters.



Jorden Gonzales-Richard
Associate Director of Development

Jorden Gonzales-Richard brings a record of achievement and great passion to everything she does. Jorden is a Political Science and Law graduate of Southern Nazarene University. She has experience working on campaigns for elected officials in positions ranging from Finance Associate, Director of Field, and Director of Volunteer Engagement. She has also served and spearheaded issue campaigns such as Michelle Obama’s “When We All Vote'' Campaign, for which she served as State Event Lead, registering new voters in Oklahoma. In addition, Jorden has contributed to various nonpartisan education and advocacy efforts for women and girls through organizations like the Oklahoma Women’s Coalition and Sally’s List, through which she worked under current U.S. Congresswoman Kendra Horn. Her passion for education and stewardship led her to serving for the Putnam City Schools Foundation, where she helped focus and establish the Foundation’s engagement with the community and led fundraising projects for various district schools. Most recently, she was selected to be one of eight women in the U.S. to be a 2019 Fellow for the Running Start Congressional Fellowship. Through this experience, she served on Capitol Hill for U.S. Congresswoman Lori Trahan. In her free time, Jorden volunteers with the Oklahoma Commission on the Status of Women, rides horses, and explores D.C. with her fiancé, Brandon.



Ann Kerrigan
Associate Director of Development

As Associate Director of Development, Ann advances awareness and support for the Foundation’s initiatives at Westminster at Lake Ridge and Ingleside at King Farm. Working with the Foundation President & CEO and the Development Committees for each community, Ann leads annual giving, tribute giving, donor recognition, and Foundation events. Ann Kerrigan brings a record of achievement and enthusiasm to her work. She has eight years of Development experience to help her in her role with the Foundation. She has served as Director of Annual Giving with several private schools in the region. Most recently Ann held the position of Major Gifts Officer for Adventist Healthcare Rehabilitation. Ann has a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Journalism from Lynchburg College. Ann recently moved to Gaithersburg and has two children who are both attending college. Ann has volunteered to support at-risk children in the community. In her free time, she enjoys trips to Rehoboth Beach, biking and skiing.
